Word Wars — printable word cards

Three ready-to-cut sets, one per class (Day 1 · Day 2 · Day 3), matching the word banks in the game notes. Print single-sided on plain white A4 and cut along the dashed lines.

• ⭐ top-right = hard word (worth more in the relay) — already printed, no stickers needed.
• 🌀 top-left = type-shifter (its type depends on the sentence) — the cue is mainly for you; kids may sort it into any column they can defend.
• Letter bottom-left = team stack (A–E). Deal by letter: even stacks, each with a fair mix of nouns/verbs/adjectives/adverbs and exactly three ⭐ words per team. Running 4 teams? Share stack E's cards out evenly, or keep them as spares for Balloon Wars slips and the DOUBLE OR NOTHING reserve.
• The card face shows no word type and no colour on purpose — the type clue lives only on the board headers.
• Leave the bottom-right corner free: that is where each team's crayon stripe goes.
