Skt. pratītyasamutpāda hṛidaya mantra, Tib. རྟེན་འབྲེལ་སྙིང་པོ་གསུངས་

OM YE DHARMĀ HETU PRABHAVĀ
HETUṂ TEṢĀṂ TATHĀGATO HYAVADAT
TEṢĀṂ CHA YO NIRODHA
EVAṂ VĀDĪ MAHĀ ŚRAMAṆA YE SVĀHĀ

All phenomena arise from causes,
The causes are taught by the Tathāgata,
Whatever is the cessation of these (causes),
Is taught thus by the Great Seer.

OM common among jainism, buddhism, hinduism

In Buddhism it’s composed of three letters A O MA, combined into OM. This triad: impure / pure — based on your level — body, speech and mind, and their transformation from the former to the latter.

YE DHARMĀ HETU PRABHAVĀ (lit. these phenomena cause arise). These phenomena arise from causes. No room for randomness.

HETUṂ TEṢĀṂ TATHĀGATO HYAVADAT (lit. causes these, the one gone to the ultimate, said) What these causes are is taught by anyone gone beyond (enlightened).

TEṢĀṂ CHA YO NIRODHA (lit. these whatever causes cessation) The cessation of whatever these causes are

EVAṂ VĀDĪ MAHĀ ŚRAMAṆA YE SVĀHĀ (lit. thus taught great seer, this is established) It’s established that the cessation of this causes is taught by the great seer.

Do this mantra focuses on the causes and not the symptoms in the context of suffering. It explains how the Buddha taught towards the cessation of those causes, not the symptoms.
