That attribute of subtle impermanence does it belong to the flower or the mind that establishes contact with it?

Maybe I shouldn’t worry too much about where does it belong too because all impermanent phenomena is composite? But Geshe-la use attributive language, he literally said: 

Something can be grossly impermanent but can have subtle imperamence.
